Volodymyr Tarasun has been practicing law for over ten years, focusing on areas such as representation in court, civil and commercial law, corporate law, antimonopoly and competition law, and defense within criminal proceedings.
Volodymyr Tarasun has significant experience representing clients in general jurisdiction courts, specialized courts, and cassation courts. He has represented clients in legal cases related to contract performance, recognition of agreements as invalid, property rights protection, disputes with government authorities and management, corporate disputes, including representing participants of business entities in corporate conflicts. Additionally, he has represented clients in various other categories of disputes.
He also has a successful practice in trade law, corporate and commercial law, as well as overseeing investment projects.
Before “Protection of Law”, Volodymyr Tarasun practiced law as an attorney for over nine years and also headed the legal department of the Argo company.
