Labor disputes are quite common in Ukraine.

Established practices of performing work duties without official documentation, wages paid “off the books,” and so on, put employees in a very difficult position when conflicts arise with employers.

Similarly, common cases involve the inability of an employer to properly dismiss a dishonest employee in accordance with the law.
